Shipping
Please note that there might be delays with worldwide shipping. We ship locally via the Israeli Postal service and worldwide via Ecopost/ EMS Airmail using a tracking number. Shipping costs are calculated by weight individually upon checkout. For express shipping options please contact us at: info@absobjects.com. For local pick-up please choose this option upon checkout.
Please note that most of our items are made to order, and may take up to 12 working days to produce, however in most cases the items will be ready sooner. Shipping from Israel may take up to 20 working days, although it usually arrives faster.
Returns & Exchange
Please note that the essence of a handmade product is that it doesn't look machine made and every piece is unique. If you experience any problems with a piece you have purchased, please contact us via email - info@absobjects.com and we will resolve it in any way we can. We accept returns/exchanges within 10 business days of receipt of your package upon approval by ABS Objects. The item must be returned in its original packaging and conditions via registered insured mail. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend that any return made to us will be fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. In the event that a returned package is lost or damaged during the shipment back, we will not be able to refund you. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping charges will not be refunded. When customers ask for a refund via credit card after 24h from placing the order, they will be charge with 8% refund fee. We only refund to the credit card/Paypal account that was used to place the order. Currency
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
Ceramic Care
All of our products are designed and crafted in Tel Aviv. Our objects are sustainable and are made with high quality materials. As our ceramics are handmade, every object is unique and slightly different. The natural inconsistencies of the ceramic process is an important part of our aesthetic. We use stoneware and we fire our products at 1200c. Ceramics are fragile. Be gentle and careful with the object's extensions (handles, rings etc). All ceramics are food safe. Please do not use a dishwasher to clean the objects, only gentle hand wash. Do not use or cook with our ceramics on fire. You can use heat food in our ceramics only in a microwave or in the oven. Non-glazed surfaces can get stained by natural materials such as coffee, tea and spices. Use the product you purchased only for its intended purpose. We are readily available to answer any question or inquiry.
If you experience any problem with an object you have purchased, please contact us via email: info@absobjects.com. In case one of our objects arrived damaged please contact us immediately with a picture. Once a package has been delivered you will have 10 working days to contact us with any issue you may have.
